Two Day Behaviour Strategy
Development Workshop
Objective: this 2-day course has been
designed for those who are ready to begin
the design and development of their
behavioural strategy.
Typically, we would expect delegates to
have attended our 1-day introductory
course as this is designed to provide the
foundation for days 2 and 3.
At the end of Day 1 we provide delegates
with a pack of materials designed to
conduct an initial assessment of the
culture, climate and organisational issues
that will have a bearing on how best to
proceed.
Days 2 and 3 are consecutive but follow 3-
4 weeks after day 1. The intervening
period is for data collection, and our
consultants can be available to help with
this if required.
