The reputation, legal culpability and safety performance of companies and their managers are therefore reliant on the behaviours of individuals. Rather than expect employees to work safely be confident that your culture is a safety culture that drives safe behaviour.

Course objective

At the end of the workshop the delegate should have an understanding of Total Safety Culture and the drivers for change, feel confident to conduct a Process Confirmation “Go Look See” visit, and be able to prepare a personal Safety Charter.
