Teamworking and Cellular
organisation is the efficient and cost effective way to get
the most out of the workforce; utilising manageable groups,
flexibility and multi-skilling. However, losing the
traditional formal organisational responsibilities can in
some cases, compromise safety, due to lack of awareness,
authority and safety management skills.
This course covers not only the
essentials of safety, but also applies the subject to the
philosophy of teamworking and using practical situations (or
site visits) gives the confidence and competence to get the
most out of teamworking without increase in risk

This 3 day course covers the
