Safety
Whilst health and safety
should be based on minimising injury to people, there is an
underpinning legal requirement that must be met. This course
outlines how both the civil justice system and statutory
law, direct the way in which decisions are made within an
organisation.
By covering the principles of law,
relevant case law and legal decisions, the delegate will
build an understanding of the level of duty imposed on
employers, employees and members of the management
