NEBOSH National Certificate in
Construction Health and Safety
This course combines
the managing health and safety unit (NGC1) of the NEBOSH
National General Certificate with the 10 day unit on
construction safety (NCC1). Those who have already achieved
the NEBOSH Certificate in the last 5 years will be exempt
from the NGC1 unit. Other exemptions apply to NEBOSH Diploma

NGC1 and NCC1 can be studied and examined individually. Both
units (and the practical application (NCC2)) have to be
completed within a five year period to be awarded the NEBOSH
National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety. For

In order to provide maximum flexibility and availability, our 10 day NEBOSH Construction Certificate course is studied in 2, one week blocks, available in 5 locations around the UK. Study blocks do not have to be studied at the same location. It is advisable to study NGC1 first.
