Provisional bookings
We are happy to accept provisional bookings which will be held for 14 days. Cancellations
26 – 30 working days 50% 21 – 25 working days 75% Less than 20 working days Full charge Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Cancelled /rescheduled dates may be subject to additional administration costs. Transfers and Subsitutions
Only one transfer to an alternative date will be allowed per booking; thereafter normal cancellation arrangements will apply. No charge will normally be made for substitute delegates. Substitutions can only be accepted 3 working days prior to the course commencing. Transfers must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation of events by M&R and changes to course content
Our events are constantly updated and improved. We reserve the right to alter content, to change dates, times and venue or cancel an event.
Payment
On receipt of your on-line booking, you will receive an email confirmation if requested. This will be followed by an invoice to the adress given in your booking details. Payment is required and received in full before the course date commences. All prices shown in the catalogue exclude VAT. VAT at the current rate will be calculated and added when you enter and complete the booking screens. All cheques to be made payable to Messam & Rider Ltd.
